This project is a telecommunications switch facility located in North Seattle. As part of a major architectural, mechanical, and electrical renovation, a complete new mechanical system was provided that included, in part, new air handling units, chillers, circulating pumps, and an FM 200 purge evacuation system. An Automated Logic System was installed to control the building’s heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and communicates via BACnet to the building’s chiller system. In addition, the Automated Logic System monitors the building’s electrical PLC system, emergency generators, and generator fuel systems.
