This project was a telecommunications switch facility located in Tacoma, Washington. A mechanical renovation was provided that included an Automated Logic System. In addition to monitoring and controlling the building’s heating, ventilating, and air condition systems, the Automated Logic System monitors the building’s electrical PLC system, emergency generator, and generator fuel systems.
