This project is a technical solutions center for Washington Mutual Corporate facilities and occupies the fourth floor of a downtown Seattle historic building. The mechanical systems were modified and upgraded to include the incorporation of a new air cooled chiller to supplement the existing chilled water system. Two air handling units were retrofitted with new controls and a new unit was added to handle the 36 VAV zones on the floor. An Automated Logic WebCTRL System was installed to monitor and control all of the HVAC facilities, including a BACnet link to the new YORK chiller.
