ACCO recently completed the HVAC work for this headquarters building for the Premier Automotive Group. Tenants in the building include Jaguar, Volvo, Aston Martin, Land Rover, Lincoln/Mercury, and Ford. This building was designed as a green building meaning it was designed to improve environmental and economic performance of the building and is currently one of only two LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified buildings in southern California.

The HVAC system includes a 1,100-ton central plant, nine air handling units, and the system utilizes a York under floor supply air system. This is the largest under floor system of this type installed on the West Coast.
