ACCO was chosen by Rouse Company to design-build the new mechanical systems to removate this 1,000,000 square foot mall in Pennsylvania.

ACCO’s work included new central plants, updating all common areas, add utilities for tenant areas, plumbing design/build, fire protection, and Carrier DDC control system.
