Arterra Condominiums is a 269-unit high-rise residential building under construction in San Francisco’s Mission Bay district, which is scheduled to open in early 2008.
This project stands out amongst the competition for its appeal to the eco-conscious urban set due to its unique use of eco-friendly recycled materials, Energy Star rated appliances, water saving shower heads, customized lavatory faucets, and dual-flush toilets, which conserve water by using a two-tiered system of waste removal. Arterra is designed to become San Francisco’s first LEED certified green high-rise community.
