ACCO recently completed the installation of the HVAC system for the new upper
class residence hall at Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA.
The system features a 4 pipe chilled and hot water system feeding fan coil units
in each of the residence hall suites. Rooftop air handling units serve the public areas
and a DDC system, tied into the campus wide BAS, controls the central plant, fan
coil units and air handlers.
