ACCO recently completed the HVAC installation for the new skilled nursing facility at the Antelope Valley Hospital. Work included a 460-ton central plant using air-cooled chillers and two hot water boilers. The system also includes three air-handling units. Patient rooms are served by a constant volume system with hot water reheat. A variable volume system with hot water reheat served the kitchen, dining room, and other public areas.

There is a DDC control system for the central plant and main equipment and pneumatic controls for the constant volume and variable volume zones.
