Completed in 2009, L.A. LIVE! is a one-of-a-kind entertainment and hospitality complex build across from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The multi-use facility includes a 54-story 1,001 room Marriott/Ritz Carlton Hotel and 225 luxury residences with an adjacent 220,000 square foot conference center. Entertainment venues include the Nokia Theatre (7,100 seats), Club Nokia (2,200 seats), Grammy Museum and many other entertainment services. Corporate headquarters for AEG and Herbalife are integrated into the project which includes broadcast facilities, subterranean parking garages, and support areas. More
