Many of the Bloomies personnel remarked that this was one of the smoothest and most professionally run projects they had been involved with!We believe a big part of the overall success of this project was a direct result of the teamwork between our two companies, and the hard work and commitment applied to overcome the challenges that come with doing a complex fast-tracked tenant improvement buildout of a prototype retail project.
