Replacing the historic Hollywood Park Racetrack, SoFi Stadium opened in August 2020 as part of the world’s largest sports entertainment project – LA Stadium & Entertainment District. The facility serves as home to the LA Rams and LA Chargers and is envisioned as a year-round entertainment destination. The 298 acres will include 300 hotel rooms, 780k sf of office space, 890k sf of retail space and 2,500 modern residences
What ACCO Delivered
The 70,000-seat stadium hosts 225 suites,8 clubs and a 6,000-seat performance venue. Mechanical systems include a 5,000-ton central plant, over 1.7M lbs of sheet metal ductwork and 4,000 tons of VRF systems.
