The core of all HVAC systems is the ductwork. ACCO fabricates and installs over 12,000,000 pounds of ductwork per year.
Currently, ACCO has close to 650 sheet metal installers manning projects from Seattle to San Diego. These projects range from simple package unit installations to the most complex, High tech systems. We utilize all available duct materials, including galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, fiberglass, black iron, and many exotic materials used in the high tech sectors for complex chemical exhaust and scrubber systems.
All shapes of ductwork are used, including rectangular ductwork as well as round and oval. Occasionally, odd shapes are required for special projects, such as triangular shaped ductwork. All of the duct systems are manufactured in one of ACCO’s four fabrication facilities, and are installed by ACCO’s sheet metal department.
No duct job is too complex for ACCO’s sheet metal crews. As an example, we have vast experience in “tool hook-ups” for pharmaceutical, biotech and semiconductor laboratories. These tool hook-ups require very complex duct shapes made from a variety of materials ranging from stainless steel to FRP as well as Halar and PVC ductwork.
ACCO has the resources for any HVAC project.
