    PROJECT SUMMARY

ACCO was contracted as the HVAC and plumbing contractor for this project providing management of the OFCI/CFCI process, providing early OFCI submittal review and BIM modeling to mitigate any constructability issues. ACCO led six months of detailed BIM Coordination.

Systems include three 40,600-gallon make-up water storage tanks and redundant pumping skid; 44 tons of VRF split systems containing three rooftop condensing units; eight heat recovery boxes and 20 indoor fan coils; 27 CRAH units and seismic floor stands; three 1,500-ton chillers, HXs, and pumps in Modular System Enclosure format; and two Reverse Osmosis water skids including pumping system and storage tanks.

ACCO prefabricated welded/flanged chilled water and condenser water piping in ACCO’s local pipe shop including sizes up to 20″.

The project team successfully navigated the heightened challenge of construction during the height of COVID-19 with an extreme focus on safety as a top priority.
