Bellevue Station is a luxury apartment project consisting of a new design-build, eight-story, 385,000 sf mixed-use building with approximately 298 residential units and approximately 10,000 sf of ground floor retail and commercial space. A new parking structure parks 303 cars with one above-grade and two basement levels.

PROJECT SUMMARY
ACCO was contracted as the design build mechanical contractor for Bellevue Station. The ground floor includes the building’s lobby, offices, and support spaces (trash/loading dock, MEP Rooms, and Transformer Rooms). The lower two levels are designed for parking garage levels. The upper levels in the eight-story building consists of residential spaces that range from studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and townhouse layouts. The roof houses the corridor DOAS and exhaust fans as well as the heat pumps serving the lower floors.
Mechanical systems include vertical and ceiling packaged heat pumps for each residential unit, and a Mitsubishi split system for each townhouse. The commercial spaces feature Mitsubishi split systems, as well as VRF heat recovery to service the lobby, fitness space, and offices.
