The 2 story building 118,000 sqft cell therapy manufacturing facility is a challenging project due to a compressed schedule. The new facility was designed to provide GMP manufacturing for clinical supply & commercial product upon potential regulatory approval. This new building requires proper ventilation, plumbing, and HVAC system in place. HVAC Installed 12 AHUs, 10 FCUs and 2 computer room AC units. Plumbing scope included domestic, industrial & tempered water systems.
