PROJECT SUMMARY
Since the core and shell were not originally designed for medical use, ACCO adapted the infrastructure for the first tenant. ACCO designed and installed supplemental HVAC systems on a lower roof to meet specialized medical codes. All requirements were successfully fulfilled without impacting future tenants through the careful management of MEP capacities.
