PROJECT SUMMARY
ACCO was engaged at the SD phase to complete design documents and integrate prefabrication opportunities into the program. Over approximately 20 months, by making extensive use of prefabrication and partnership with the local labor unions, ACCO installed HVAC, plumbing and process systems totaling over 240,000 manhours.
All piping was fabricated at ACCO’s California shops and shipped to the jobsite. This accounted for over 80% of weld inches on the project.
30MW Data Center that included 11,500 tons of cooling, raised platform dry cooler yard and the installation of (18) 3250kW Generators/Enclosures with Fuel Fill Stations and distribution piping. Project was fully commissioned through L5 using BIM 360 Field.
