Project Requirements
The HVAC scope included an updated 600-ton central plant with new variable speed drive centrifugal chillers with completely new HVAC distribution systems and new DDC controls.
What ACCO Delivered
ACCO completely renovated and upgraded all of the HVAC systems in the building to support the transformation of the Petersen Museum on a design-build basis. ACCO also provided lead coordination services for the M/E/P & FP trades to help ensure a fully coordinated effort with the other design-build sub-contractors on the project.
